Valea Crisului (Sepsikőröspatak)

The castle was built in the 16th century, but was repeatedly damaged and rebuilt until the 19th century. Communism took its toll on it, but now that it has returned to its rightful owner, the Kalnoky family, hopefully, with a little help, restoration works are under way: http://www.transylvaniancastle.com/Restoration%20Works.html

Miclosoara (Miklosvar)

The castle was built in the 1500s in Renaissance style. It was intended as a hunting manor for the Kalnoky family, one of the oldest families in Transylvania.
